Elenita joined our firm in 1999, bringing with her significant experience as a financial analyst after working for a large healthcare firm. Elenita’s skills in designing, preparing, and communicating budgets and financial statements, as well as overseeing all aspects of the firm’s back office (accounting and payroll departments) has created an outsourced accounting vision that is unparalleled. She has excelled in all aspects of public accounting including mastering tax law and preparation.
Her in depth knowledge of dental and physician-based practices bring value to both our firm and the practice owner/physicians. Her skill base in this area enables her to develop business strategies, manage budgets, analyze billings and collection methods, implement proprietary software (Dentrix, Eagle Soft, Open Dental), staffing, benchmarking, practice management, and more. In addition, Elenita possesses many other strengths including incredible attention to detail and a natural ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Elenita received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from National American University, graduating cum laude in both degrees. Elenita is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Mexico Society of CPAs.
With her seemingly infinite energy, Elenita also works in a volunteer capacity to support to her community and church.
